Andrew founded Twoconnect in 2016 with a vision to help businesses build high-performing global teams without sacrificing quality, control or culture. With a background in Law and Human Resource Management, he has spent more than 15 years helping startups, SMEs and multinational organisations solve complex workforce challenges across industries including technology, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, energy and construction. Under Andrew’s leadership, Twoconnect has grown into an AFR Fast 100 company, supporting more than 170 businesses across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States. He is passionate about building sustainable global workforces, combining people, process and technology to help businesses scale with confidence while creating meaningful career opportunities for Filipino professionals.

Greg Kukla brings more than 40 years of leadership experience across mining, engineering and major project operations in Australia and the Philippines. Beginning his career as a mining engineer, he progressed into senior leadership roles across major mining operations, engineering businesses and large-scale projects, including positions with Thiess Pty Ltd and Kvaerner. As Chairman of Twoconnect, Greg provides strategic oversight and supports business growth, operational performance and governance across the company. He is passionate about leadership, people development and helping professionals build long-term confidence and capability. Outside of work, Greg enjoys travel, golf, fishing, sports and spending time with family and friends.

Risa’s career has evolved across healthcare, administration, logistics and business operations, giving her a practical understanding of how people, processes and organisational support work together. Her background includes medical and hospital administration, where attention to detail, service and coordination were essential to day-to-day operations. At Twoconnect, she supports People and Culture, Finance and Procurement functions, helping ensure the organisation continues to operate efficiently while supporting employees and business objectives. Risa values teamwork, adaptability and continuous learning, believing that diverse perspectives strengthen both organisations and communities. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Dan brings more than 20 years of experience across sales, recruitment, learning and performance technology, including 18 years spent building high-growth teams in London. Throughout his career, he has helped organisations scale by understanding their challenges, identifying opportunities and connecting them with the right solutions. At Twoconnect, he focuses on growing the client base through strategic partnerships, industry engagement and business development initiatives. Dan enjoys working closely with business leaders to understand workforce challenges and help build dedicated teams that support long-term growth. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, playing tennis and reading about psychology, personal growth and team development.

Ish has built his career around helping organisations create stronger workplace experiences through effective people practices, operational excellence and organisational development. His experience spans higher education, aviation, in-flight catering, recruitment and business process outsourcing, giving him a broad understanding of how people and business performance intersect across different industries. At Twoconnect, he leads the people function, supporting everything from employee experience and engagement to HR operations, policy development and organisational growth. Ish is particularly passionate about building workplaces where people feel supported, valued and empowered to succeed. Away from work, he enjoys cooking, spending time with his dogs, following current events and unwinding with music, films and television series.

Danielle’s business career started at the age of eight, helping out in her family’s business and gaining an early appreciation for customer service, administration and the importance of a strong reputation. Her career has taken her across a diverse range of industries, including trades and services, retail, mining, financial services and education, where she has developed broad experience in operations, finance and business improvement. At Twoconnect, Danielle leads the company’s financial operations, focusing on sustainability, process improvement and supporting long-term growth. She values integrity, transparency and looking after people, believing successful businesses are built on strong relationships. When she’s not working, she enjoys a good book, a very hot cup of tea, spending time with her family and cartwheels with her kids.

With more than 30 years of experience across marketing, sales, business ownership and client management, Natasha has built a career focused on client success, relationship management and strategic leadership. Her background spans media, technology and consulting, supported by studies in communications, marketing and counselling, along with volunteer work in crisis support services. At Twoconnect, she works closely with clients and internal teams to build strong partnerships and deliver a supportive, client-focused experience grounded in empathy, communication and trust. When not at work, you’ll find Natasha spending time with her family and doing volunteer work focused on crisis support and native animal rescue.

Sylvia’s career has taken her across South Africa, New Zealand, Australia and the Philippines, building more than 20 years of experience across sales, recruitment and workforce management. Starting in external recruitment before moving into internal recruitment with Auckland Council, she has worked across industries ranging from telecommunications and publishing to education, local government and professional services. At Twoconnect, Sylvia leads the Talent Team, overseeing recruitment operations and helping clients build offshore teams that align closely with their business needs. She is especially passionate about mentoring recruiters, building high-performing teams and creating an environment where people can grow steadily and sustainably over time. Sylvia believes strong recruitment is built on consistency, relationships and genuinely understanding people beyond what is written on paper. Outside Twoconnect, she loves cooking, hosting gatherings, reading true crime and British thrillers and travelling.

Miren brings decades of experience across border protection, immigration compliance, investigations and people management, including 22 years with the Australian Embassy in Manila. Her career has included leadership roles across training, document examination, investigative interviewing and team management, developing a strong foundation in integrity, discipline and people leadership. At Twoconnect, she supports employee performance and development through coaching, mentoring and performance management, helping managers and teams navigate challenges while maintaining strong workplace standards. Miren is passionate about fairness, accountability and fostering an inclusive environment where people feel heard, respected and supported to grow. Off work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing at home with her son and pets, listening to music and taking long sunset walks.

Jem has built her career across business development and digital marketing, with experience spanning copywriting, social media, paid advertising, email marketing and campaign strategy. Since joining Twoconnect in 2023, she has progressed through multiple roles into her current position as Digital Marketing Manager, leading strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen the company’s brand presence and support business growth. Her approach combines creativity with commercial thinking, helping ensure campaigns remain both engaging and results-driven. Jem is also passionate about inclusive communication, collaborative teamwork and creating marketing that reflects Twoconnect’s people-first values. During her free time, she enjoys beach days, sunset views, discovering new cafes, watching movies and getting plenty of rest.

Marites has built a career spanning more than 30 years across operations, onboarding, customer service and leadership within the BPO, healthcare, IT and shared services sectors. Her career has included senior roles across operations management, capability development and transition management, leading large offshore teams supporting businesses across APAC, EMEA, North America and the Philippines. At Twoconnect, she supports onboarding and operations, helping ensure new clients and employees are integrated smoothly while maintaining strong service delivery, compliance and day-to-day operational efficiency. Marites is passionate about people development, collaboration and creating supportive environments where teams can perform at their best. When she’s away from work, she enjoys spending time with family, reading books, road trips and relaxing beach days.

Zeus began his career in IT support before progressing through infrastructure, systems and leadership roles across global organisations including EY and the British Council. His experience spans cybersecurity, cloud technologies, infrastructure modernisation and IT operations, with a strong focus on building secure, scalable environments that support business growth. At Twoconnect, he leads the Technology function, overseeing cybersecurity, infrastructure, compliance, governance and client technology services while driving the company’s information security initiatives. Known for his structured and security-first approach, Zeus is passionate about continuous improvement and ensuring technology remains a trusted enabler of business success. Outside of work, his favourite moments are spent with his wife and daughter, often gathered around a campfire making s’mores together.
