How long does it usually take to hire?
Most roles can be shortlisted within approximately two weeks once the role brief is clear. Senior, specialised or highly technical roles may take longer depending on market availability, salary alignment and the level of assessment required.
What support does Twoconnect provide after the employee starts?
Twoconnect supports onboarding, HR matters, attendance, leave, payroll, employment compliance support, engagement and performance check-ins. This gives you the benefit of a dedicated offshore employee without needing to build the local employment infrastructure yourself.
