What types of roles can be outsourced through Twoconnect?

How does Twoconnect find the right offshore employee?

We start by understanding the role, reporting line, systems, required experience, communication needs and success measures. From there, we source, screen, assess and shortlist candidates who match the capability required and the way your business operates, not just the job title.

Is the offshore employee employed by Twoconnect or by us?

Your offshore employee is legally employed in the Philippines through Twoconnect. We manage local employment, payroll, HR, compliance support, onboarding administration and ongoing account management while the employee works with your team day to day under your operational direction.

How involved are we in the recruitment process?

You remain involved in the final selection. Twoconnect manages sourcing, screening and shortlisting, then presents suitable candidates for interview. You decide who joins your team, with our guidance on role fit, salary alignment and market availability.

How long does it usually take to hire?

Most roles can be shortlisted within approximately two weeks once the role brief is clear. Senior, specialised or highly technical roles may take longer depending on market availability, salary alignment and the level of assessment required.

What support does Twoconnect provide after the employee starts?

Twoconnect supports onboarding, HR matters, attendance, leave, payroll, employment compliance support, engagement and performance check-ins. This gives you the benefit of a dedicated offshore employee without needing to build the local employment infrastructure yourself.

What happens if the person is not the right fit?

If performance or fit issues arise, Twoconnect works with you to identify the cause, whether capability, training, communication, role clarity or suitability. Where required, we support a structured performance process or replacement pathway in line with the service agreement.
