Andrew founded Twoconnect in 2016 with a vision to help businesses build high-performing global teams without sacrificing quality, control or culture. With a background in Law and Human Resource Management, he has spent more than 15 years helping startups, SMEs and multinational organisations solve complex workforce challenges across industries including technology, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, energy and construction. Under Andrew's leadership, Twoconnect has grown into an AFR Fast 100 company, supporting more than 170 businesses across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States. He is passionate about building sustainable global workforces, combining people, process and technology to help businesses scale with confidence while creating meaningful career opportunities for Filipino professionals.

Greg Kukla brings more than 40 years of leadership experience across mining, engineering and major project operations in Australia and the Philippines. Beginning his career as a mining engineer, he progressed into senior leadership roles across major mining operations, engineering businesses and large-scale projects, including positions with Thiess Pty Ltd and Kvaerner. As Chairman of Twoconnect, Greg provides strategic oversight and supports business growth, operational performance and governance across the company. He is passionate about leadership, people development and helping professionals build long-term confidence and capability. Outside of work, Greg enjoys travel, golf, fishing, sports and spending time with family and friends.
