Employee Referral Policy

Objective: To utilize current employees’ professional networks to identify potential new hires and incentivize successful referrals through a structured reward system.

Scope: This policy applies to all full-time employees, part-time employees, and independent contractors currently engaged with the company.

Eligibility: All active employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for individuals involved in hiring decisions, including members of the recruitment team and the executive team.  Additionally, employees may not refer candidates who would become their direct or indirect report within the client company hierarchy.

Employee Referral Bonus Program

Every successful referral qualifies for a referral bonus, subject to the following conditions. All payouts will be processed in accordance with the company’s payroll cutoff schedules, which may impact the exact timing of disbursements.

Bonus Amount & Payment Schedule:

The total referral bonus is PHP 10,000 per successful placement, paid as follows:

  • 50% (PHP 5,000) after the new hire has completed three (3) months of employment, processed through payroll.
  • 50% (PHP 5,000) processed through payroll after:
  • Regularization for full-time employees.
  • Six (6) months of employment for independent contractors.

Referral Submission & Processing:

Employees must submit referrals through the Shareconnect page: https://twoconnect.com.au/shareconnect/. Referrals submitted through other channels will not be considered.

A referral will only be considered valid if it includes the candidate’s full name, contact information, and resume.

Referred candidates will go through the standard recruitment process and must meet the qualifications for them to be considered for an interview.

Please keep in mind that we are looking for qualified candidates who meet the requirements of our open positions. Your referrals should have the skills and experience necessary to thrive in our dynamic work environment and contribute to building a quality workforce.

Employees may not refer candidates who would be their direct or indirect report within the organization.

Multiple Referrals for the Same Candidate:

If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer, determined by the timestamp of the referral submission.

Unlimited Referrals:

Employees may refer an unlimited number of candidates and receive bonuses for each successful hire.

Resigned Employees with Pending Payouts:

Referral bonuses are an active employee benefit, and employees must be employed at the time of payout to receive them. If the referring employee leaves the company before their referred candidate completes three (3) months of employment, they will forfeit the entire referral bonus.

However, if the referring employee separates from the company after the referred candidate completes three (3) months, they will still receive the first 50% (PHP 5,000). The remaining 50% (PHP 5,000) will only be paid if the referring employee is still actively employed at the time of the final payout—upon regularization for full-time employees or after six (6) months for independent contractors

Referral Validity Period:

A referral will be valid for six (6) months from the date of submission. If the referred candidate is not hired within six months, regardless of the vacancy, the referral will be considered invalid, and no bonus will be awarded.

Previously Referred Candidates Who Reapply:

If a referred candidate was initially unsuccessful but reapplies through another platform and is later hired, the original referrer will only receive the bonus if:

  • The original referral was made within the past six (6) months of the candidate’s latest application.
  • If more than six (6) months have passed, the referral will no longer be considered valid, and no bonus will be awarded.
