All full-time, part-time employees, and independent contractors are eligible to participate in the program. However, employees involved in the hiring decision-making process, such as the recruitment and executive team, are not eligible.

Standard Employee Referral Bonus
- Bonus Amount: PHP10,000 per successful referral.

Recruitment team will review the referral to determine if the candidate meets the initial qualifications for the role. If the candidate qualifies and is hired, you will be notified of your eligibility for a referral reward.

If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the referral reward will go to the first referrer.
Is there a limit to the number of referrals an employee can make?
No, there is no limit on the number of referrals an employee can make but it’s encouraged to focus on quality referrals who are likely to be a good fit for the company.
Are there any restrictions on who I can refer?
Referrals should not include current employees of the company. Additionally, candidates referred should not have previously applied for the same position within the last 6 months.

Referrals should be submitted through the referral submission form provided on the page. Detailed information about the candidate’s qualifications and the job they are being referred for should be included.

If your referral’s profile meets the requirements, they will be contacted within 2 weeks. Successful referrers will receive a congratulatory email once your referral is hired. You may email referral@twoconnect.com.au for any follow-ups, with the subject line “Follow-up – ERP”

You need to provide your name, the candidate’s name, your relationship with the candidate (partner, friend, relative, etc.), the position they are applying for, and a brief description of why you think they are qualified for the role.

- Scope: Applies to all full-time, part-time employees and independent contractors of the company.
- Eligibility: All employees are eligible to participate, except those involved in the hiring decision–making process – recruitment and executive team.
Clear Guidelines on Reward System
STANDARD EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS
Every successful referral will be eligible to a referral bonus subject to certain conditions. The bonus amount is PHP10,000 for every successful placement. The payment will be as follows:
- Payment Timing:

- 50% (PHP5,000) after 3 months from the joining date of the new hire, processed through payroll.
- 50% (PHP5,000) remaining bonus upon regularisation of employee, processed through payroll.
- Multiple Referrals: If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the reward will go to the first referrer.
- Referral Limits: No limit on the number of referrals an employee can make.
