We assess each role first to confirm whether it is suitable for offshore delivery and what level of experience is required.
How does Twoconnect find the right offshore employee?
We start by understanding the role, reporting line, systems, required experience, communication needs and success measures. From there, we source, screen, assess and shortlist candidates who match your company culture and operating environment, not just the job title.
Is the offshore employee employed by Twoconnect or by us?
Your offshore employee is legally employed and managed in the Philippines through Twoconnect. We manage employment, payroll, HR, compliance, onboarding support, local administration and ongoing account management while the employee works directly with your team day to day.
How involved are we in the recruitment process?
You stay involved in the final selection. Twoconnect manages the recruitment process and presents suitable shortlisted candidates for interview. You make the final decision on who joins your team.
How long does it usually take to hire?
Most roles can be shortlisted within approximately two weeks once the role requirements are clear. More specialised, senior or niche roles may take longer depending on market availability and salary alignment.
What support does Twoconnect provide after the employee starts?
We support onboarding, HR matters, performance check-ins, attendance, leave, payroll, employment compliance and employee engagement. This gives you the benefit of a dedicated offshore employee without having to manage the local employment infrastructure yourself.
What happens if the person is not the right fit?
If performance or fit issues arise, Twoconnect works with you to identify the cause, whether that is capability, training, communication, role clarity or suitability. Where needed, we support performance management or replacement options in line with the service agreement.
Can we start with one employee before building a larger offshore team?
Yes. Many clients start with one role to prove the model, document the process and build confidence before expanding into a broader offshore team.
