Shareconnect – Special Bonus Policy 

Effective Period: 26 March 2026 – 31 May 2026

Alignment: This special bonus policy complements the standard Employee Referral Policy and follows the same eligibility rules and submission guidelines unless stated otherwise.

Eligibility and Qualification Criteria:

  • Referrals must be submitted between 26 March 2026 and 31 May 2026 via Shareconnect.
  • Only resumes submitted within this period will be considered for the special bonus.
  • Referred candidates within this period must sign a job offer within three (3) months from the resume submission date for the referring employee to qualify for the special bonus.

Bonus Amount and Payment Schedule:

The special bonus follows the payout structure outlined in the standard policy, ensuring consistency:

  • PHP 30,000 per successful hire, disbursed as follows:
    • 50% (PHP 15,000): After the new hire completes three (3) months of employment, processed through payroll.
    • 50% (PHP 15,000): Upon regularisation for full-time employees or after six (6) months for independent contractors, processed through payroll.

Referral Submission & Processing:

  • Employees must submit referrals through the Shareconnect page. Referrals submitted through other channels will not be considered.
  • A referral will only be considered valid if it includes the candidate’s full name, contact information, and resume.
  • Referred candidates will go through the standard recruitment process and must meet the qualifications for them to be considered for an interview.
  • Please keep in mind that we are looking for qualified candidates who meet the requirements of our open positions. Your referrals should have the skills and experience necessary to thrive in our dynamic work environment and contribute to building a quality workforce.

Resigned Employees with Pending Payouts:

Referral bonuses are an active employee benefit, and employees must be employed at the time of payout to receive them. If the referring employee leaves the company before their referred candidate completes three (3) months of employment, they will forfeit the entire referral bonus.

However, if the referring employee separates from the company after the referred candidate completes three (3) months, they will still receive the first 50%. The remaining 50% will only be paid if the referring employee is still actively employed at the time of the final payout, upon regularisation for full-time employees or after six (6) months for independent contractors.

Additional Rules and Conditions:

  • Multiple Referrals: Reward is granted to the first referrer based on submission timestamp.
  • Referral Limits: Unlimited referrals are allowed; however, only qualified candidates who meet the role requirements will be considered for an interview through the standard recruitment process.
  • Resume Validity: Referred resumes are only valid for three (3) months from submission, and the candidate must sign an offer within this period.
  • Post-Deadline Submissions: Referrals sent after 31 May 2026, qualify for the standard PHP 10,000 bonus.
  • Employment Requirement: The referring employee must be employed at both payout milestones.
  • Conflict of Interest: If an employee refers candidates to the same client company they are working with, the referral must be declared to ensure transparency and avoid conflicts of interest.
