Choose How to Refer

There are two ways to submit a referral:

  1. Direct Referral: Upload a Resume or Enter Candidate Details Manually
    1. Add details manually or upload a resume to auto-fill information.
    2. Uploading a resume is required.
  2. Referral Link: Find the Profile Online (Email or Social Link)
    1. Search via email or a social media link (e.g., LinkedIn).
    2. The search uses People Search without consuming profile views.
    3. If no profile is found, you will need to enter the details manually.
Sharing a Referral Link
  • Sharing a Specific Job:
    • Locate a job in the dashboard and click ‘Share’.
    • Share the link directly on X, Facebook, or LinkedIn, or copy your personal referral link to share anywhere. Only “Published” (public) jobs can be shared.
  • Sharing All Jobs:
    • Share all active, public jobs from your company’s careers page.
    • Find this option before the list of active jobs in the portal.
  • Review Applications from Your Network:
    • Go to the ‘Social Shares’ tab to track clicks and activity.
    • Applicants from your unique referral link will appear here.
    • You will be notified by email when a new applicant needs review.
    • Refer: Submit them as your referral and add comments.
    • Ignore: The candidate proceeds without being credited as your referral.

Best Practices for Successful Referrals:

  • Know the job requirements: Ensure the candidate’s experience fits the role.
  • Provide complete information: Upload a resume as much as possible for better screening.
  • Clarify the process: Discuss how the referral will be submitted (direct or via link).

Important Reminder

Please keep in mind that we are looking for qualified candidates who meet the requirements of our open positions. Your referrals should have the skills and experience necessary to thrive in our dynamic work environment and contribute to building a quality workforce.

Next Steps:

  • Track Status: Monitor your referral’s progress and eligibility for rewards under the Referrals tab.
