Who is eligible to participate in the referral program?
All active full-time employees, part-time employees, and independent contractors are eligible, excluding the recruitment and executive teams. If you refer candidates to the same client company you are working with, the referral must be declared to ensure transparency and avoid any conflicts of interest.

The bonus is PHP 30,000 per successful hire, paid in two instalments, following our payout cut-offs and structure:
- 50% (PHP 15,000): After the new hire completes 3 months of employment
- 50% (PHP 15,000): Upon regularization for full-time employees or after 6 months for independent contractors

Referrals must be submitted between March 26, 2026, and May 31, 2026, via Shareconnect. Only resumes submitted on the platform and during this period are eligible for the special bonus.

The referred candidate must sign a job offer within 3 months from the resume submission date to qualify for the special bonus.

Submit referrals via the Shareconnect page with the candidate’s full name, contact information, and resume — the same process as the standard program.
Can I submit multiple referrals?
Yes, you can submit unlimited referrals. However, only qualified candidates who meet the role requirements will be considered for an interview through the standard recruitment process.
What if multiple employees refer the same candidate?
The bonus goes to the first referrer, based on the timestamp of the submission
How long is my referral valid?
Referred resumes are valid for 3 months from the submission date. The candidate must sign an offer within this period to qualify for the bonus.
What happens if I leave the company before the bonus payout?
What happens if I leave the company before the bonus payout?
- If you leave before the referred hire completes 3 months of employment, the entire bonus will be forfeited.
- If you leave after the 3-month milestone but before the final payout, you will only receive the first 50% (PHP 15,000).
What if I submit a referral after May 31, 2026?
Late submissions will qualify for the standard PHP 10,000 bonus instead of the special PHP 30,000 bonus

- Objective: To leverage current employees’ networks to identify potential new hires.
- Scope: Applies to all full-time, part-time employees and independent contractors of the company.
- Eligibility: All employees are eligible to participate, except those involved in the hiring decision–making process – recruitment and executive team.
Clear Guidelines on Reward System
STANDARD EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS
Every successful referral where the candidate signs a job offer by 31 March 2025, the referrer will be eligible for a referral bonus, subject to certain conditions. The bonus amount is PHP15,000 for every successful placement. The payment will be as follows:
- Payment Timing:

- 50% (PHP7,500) after 3 months from the joining date of the new hire, processed through payroll.
- 50% (PHP7,500) remaining bonus upon regularisation of employee, processed through payroll.
- Multiple Referrals: If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the reward will go to the first referrer.
- Referral Limits: No limit on the number of referrals an employee can make.
