Who is eligible to participate in the Employee Referral Program?
All active full-time employees, part-time employees, and independent contractors, excluding the recruitment and executive teams. Employees may not refer candidates who would be their direct or indirect report within the client company.

Yes, there is no limit on the number of referrals.

- Leaving before 3 months: Entire bonus forfeited.

Policy
- Objective: To leverage current employees’ networks to identify potential new hires.
- Scope: Applies to all full-time, part-time employees and independent contractors of the company.
- Eligibility: All employees are eligible to participate, except those involved in the hiring decision–making process – recruitment and executive team.
Clear Guidelines on Reward System
STANDARD EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS
Every successful referral where the candidate signs a job offer by 31 March 2025, the referrer will be eligible for a referral bonus, subject to certain conditions. The bonus amount is PHP15,000 for every successful placement. The payment will be as follows:
- Payment Timing:

- 50% (PHP7,500) after 3 months from the joining date of the new hire, processed through payroll.
- 50% (PHP7,500) remaining bonus upon regularisation of employee, processed through payroll.
- Multiple Referrals: If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the reward will go to the first referrer.
- Referral Limits: No limit on the number of referrals an employee can make.
